Ample opportunity to relax in the hot tub/pool, or in around a TV in one of the lounge areas. Would be definitely interested in doing it again.

We travelled with our two teenage sons and their friends, the house was big enough for us all to have our own space.

Lovely pool deck, has sun nearly all day and overlooks peaceful conservation area.

My family loved the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and very close to Disney World. The pool was awesome for the kids, we lounged around and they swam. I would highly recommend the house and already have.

We've been going to Florida for several years now and your villa was by far the best (and biggest) we have ever stayed in. The villa was close to perfection as we could have wished for. With superb views looking out over the conservation area from the pool area, which also gave the villa a feeling of tranquility, to everything you could wish for within the villa to accommodate an energetic and noisy large family. Your villa even had the space to enable moments of peace to be enjoyed with older teenagers enjoying themselves!

It was the perfect tonic after a hectic day in the theme parks or out and about in the shops! The whole family agreed that the villa was fantastic, with the games room getting regular use; perhaps I'll practice air football / hockey before our next visit.

Next time we go to Florida, it's going to be a very easy decision for us when it comes to accommodation.

We spent our first week at your villa was lovely. The house is beautiful and plenty of room for 10 people. Good use was made of the pool and hot tub. My granddaughter loved her Disney room complete with Mickey TV. Also they made good use of the games room.

I would recommend your villa to anyone going to Orlando.

Our holiday was fantastic and the villa lived up to our high expectations. It felt even better the second time around as we knew our way around and was extremely homely.

We wanted to drop you a line to say we had a great time at your lovely home. We thought the house was fantastic. The spa was particularly appreciated - especially after a day at the park or on the golf course!

It was also wonderful to have the views and wildlife at the back, and not look onto another house as is usually the case with rental houses.

We met Lyndsie and Martin from the Management Company they are really nice people - it must be nice for you having them looking after your home.

We really enjoyed our stay at your home. It was just as it was described. Our adult children turned into ducks. They seldom left pool side when we were there. Most of us, being from the Midwest, truly enjoyed the weather.

The privacy was a great asset. The location was nice, a bit away from the hustle of the parks, yet close enough to enjoy them.

Your home fit our needs beautifully. With one master suite down stairs, it was perfect for our daughter who is going blind, she didn't have to deal with the stairs. The home was furnished well and decorated beautifully. Having the 2 dinning tables gave ample seating for a large family.

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and had plenty of room.

There were times when we could do things together comfortably and other times when we could do different activities.

The pool and hot tub were great. I think we used them every night.

Overall, I would recommend this house to anyone who plans to spend any significant time in the Orlando area.

This is the second year we have had the opportunity to stay in this house. It is big enough to accommodate eight adults and big enough to not be crowded. The house is located in a good neighborhood and is centrally located to everything.

I highly recommend this house.
