- Pool / Spa Heating is optional (but recommended) at £100 / $180 per week (one week minimum).
- All booking of less than 7 days will incur a £85 / $150 cleaning charge.
- Long Stay and Return booking discounts available, contact
us for details.
- Payment can be made by UK or US cheques or you can wire/mail payment directly to our
bank account in the UK or Florida. Alternatively, you can pay
securely using any major credit card in Sterling, Dollars or Euros. Payments made by credit
card are subject to a 3.4% surcharge to cover the transaction
costs.
- A deposit of £150 / $250 per week, plus a completed booking form is required to secure a booking.
Your booking can not be held until your deposit is received.
If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of your booking, the full amount
is payable immediately.
- A security deposit of £200 / $300 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior
to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending a satisfactory
inspection from
our management company.
